The Role
You will join a busy and respected real estate litigation team handling a range of property-related disputes. The work will include landlord and tenant issues, development disputes, rights of light, boundary disputes and other real estate-related contentious matters. The team acts for an impressive portfolio of clients, offering exposure to high-quality and often complex work.
What They're Looking For
- 3-5 years' PQE in real estate litigation gained at a reputable firm
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with landlord and tenant issues
- Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent client care, commercial awareness and communication skills
- Team player with a proactive and solutions-based approach
