Support Analyst

IT Support Analyst - Financial Services | London

We're recruiting an IT Support Analyst to join an established financial services firm in London.

This is a varied, hands-on opportunity combining day-to-day IT support with involvement in infrastructure and technology projects. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business, resolving technical issues and helping keep systems running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

Providing first-line support across hardware, software and user access.
Logging, managing and escalating technical issues.
Supporting onboarding, offboarding and equipment setup.
Carrying out routine system checks and hardware maintenance.
Assisting with the research, testing and implementation of IT projects.
Participating in an on-call rota.

We're looking for:

Strong knowledge of IT systems and applications.
A practical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Clear communication skills and confidence supporting non-technical colleagues.
Strong organisation and a proactive, service-focused approach.
