Our client is a leading private credit asset manager with approximately €15bn of assets under management across a diversified platform including Direct Lending, CLOs, and Opportunistic Credit strategies. Following continued growth and increased investor demand across its product suite, the firm is seeking to appoint a Vice President within its Investor Relations team.
Reporting directly to the Head of Investor Relations, this individual will serve as the second-most senior member of the team and play a pivotal role in supporting all investor-facing activities across the platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key investor relationships, leading due diligence and fundraising processes, coordinating complex strategic projects, and acting as a trusted partner to both senior management and the broader investment team.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a senior member of the Investor Relations function, partnering closely with the Head of Investor Relations across fundraising, investor engagement, and strategic initiatives.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for existing and prospective institutional investors globally.
- Lead and coordinate responses to due diligence requests, RFPs, DDQs, and other investor-related information requests.
- Manage investor communications, including quarterly reporting, portfolio updates, fund presentations, and ad hoc requests.
- Support fundraising activities across the firm's Direct Lending, CLO, and Opportunistic Credit strategies.
- Work closely with Portfolio Managers, Product Specialists, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality investor materials and reporting.
- Drive and oversee the production of marketing collateral, fundraising documentation, and investor presentations.
- Participate in investor meetings, annual meetings, roadshows, and industry conferences.
- Lead key internal projects designed to enhance the firm's investor experience, reporting framework, and operational scalability.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and day-to-day support to more junior members of the Investor Relations team, helping to develop their technical and commercial capabilities.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of portfolio performance, market dynamics, and strategy developments to effectively communicate the firm's investment proposition.
Candidate Profile
- 7-10 years of relevant experience within Investor Relations, Fundraising, or Client Services at a private credit asset manager.
- Demonstrable experience working across private credit strategies, ideally including direct lending and broader credit products.
- Strong understanding of institutional fundraising processes and investor due diligence requirements.
- Previous experience managing complex investor relationships and supporting fundraises with institutional allocators.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop junior professionals, although this role does not carry direct people management responsibilities.
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with experience preparing sophisticated investor-facing materials.
- Highly commercial, detail-oriented, and capable of operating effectively within a fast-paced environment.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent academic credentials required.
