What you'll do
In this role, you'll manage regulatory relationships and act as a central point of coordination for Digitals Assets engagement. You'll make sure key stakeholders are aware of regulatory priorities and emerging issues, driving alignment and consistency across the business. We'll look to you to oversee the preparation and delivery of responses to regulatory reviews and requests, so they are accurate, timely and aligned with the bank's position.

- This is an opportunity to join our Digital Assets team, supporting senior leaders and bank executives on key regulatory matters while engaging directly with their offices and teams
- You'll act as a trusted adviser on Digital Assets regulation, scanning the market, responding to industry consultations and helping shape our voice across the industry
- You'll build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external regulators, developing and deepening your regulatory expertise as you go
What you'll do
In this role, you'll manage regulatory relationships and act as a central point of coordination for Digitals Assets engagement. You'll make sure key stakeholders are aware of regulatory priorities and emerging issues, driving alignment and consistency across the business. We'll look to you to oversee the preparation and delivery of responses to regulatory reviews and requests, so they are accurate, timely and aligned with the bank's position.
You'll be:
- Providing high-quality advice and support to senior leadership, including the preparation of clear, concise board and committee papers and internal briefings
- Supporting, advising on and constructively challenging regulatory matters related to Digital Assets, including material industry changes, reviews, enforcement actions and investigations
- Driving internal and external engagement, helping to secure and maintain the licences and permissions required to operate in Digital Assets
- Advising leadership on the escalation of issues, particularly those raised through incident management processes, securing appropriate visibility and action

- Strong experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, building credibility and maintaining effective relationships across the organisation
- The ability to manage competing operational and regulatory priorities, delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- A thorough understanding of risk management principles, with a focus on maintaining a strong risk culture
- Sound judgement and decision-making skills, with the confidence to act decisively when needed
