The Role:
We're on the hunt for a seasoned Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ years of post-qualification experience to lead the charge in our brand-new Worthing office. What You'll Be Doing:

• Client Whisperer: Forge and nurture relationships with developers, retailers, and industrial clients. If you can talk shop with a shop owner or discuss blueprints with a builder, you're our kind of person.
• Deal Maker: Handle a smorgasbord of commercial property matters acquisitions, disposals, leases, and more. Variety is the spice of legal life, after all.
• Team Builder: Lay the foundations for a thriving team in Worthing. Today it's you; tomorrow, it's a dynamic department under your leadership.
• Autonomy Enthusiast: Operate with the independence of a solo practitioner but with the support and resources of a larger firm. It's like having your cake and eating it too.
