Job Description
At Cantor Fitzgerald Securities, we are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our Stock Loan Operations/Trade Support team in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Analyst, you will be an integral part of our operations, providing critical support to our trading desks. Responsibilities
- Provide trade support functions, including booking and settling trades, for Stock Loan, Matchbook, and RevCon trading desks.
- Process daily mark-to-market activities with non-DTC participating clients.
- Handle callback/returns processing, allocating, booking, and outgoing returns.
- Manage DTC RAD Approvals.
- Collaborate with counterparties for month-end billing and reconciliation.
- Perform contract compare tasks.
- Ensure Start of Day/End of Day account balancing.
- Offer ad-hoc assistance to various trading desks as needed.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of DTC and Loanet is mandatory.
- Familiarity with FIS/Phase3 is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of stock loan experience is required.
- Possess Series 7 or 99 certification.
- Excellent communication and reconciliation skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Excel is a must.
- Bachelor's degree is a prerequisite for this role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- A team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
