About the Opportunity
A leading global provider of financial data, analytics, and market solutions is seeking an experienced relationship manager to support growth within the insurance sector. This role sits at the intersection of financial markets, investment solutions, and insurance innovation, partnering with some of the industry's most sophisticated organizations.
This is a highly consultative, relationship-driven position focused on developing strategic partnerships, identifying commercial opportunities, and helping clients leverage investment and index-based solutions to achieve their business objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and manage senior-level relationships across insurance organizations, asset managers, and institutional investors.
- Build a deep understanding of clients' business models, investment priorities, product strategies, and growth initiatives.
- Create and execute strategic account plans to drive engagement, adoption, and long-term partnership growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and position solutions that align with client objectives.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, educational sessions, and commercial discussions.
- Coordinate with internal product, analytics, research, and commercial teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Manage opportunities through the full client lifecycle, including discovery, solution development, negotiations, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
- Gather market intelligence and client feedback to influence product development and strategic priorities.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, client events, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in institutional sales, relationship management, or budines development
- Demonstrated success building relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers across insurance firms
- Strong consultative sales and account management skills.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience managing pipelines, business opportunities, and commercial initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across sales, product, legal, operations, and other internal teams.
