Our client, a global investment management firm, is seeking an experiencedTechnical Business Analyst to support technology and operational initiatives across its asset management platform. This role partners closely with Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to deliver scalable solutions that support investment, accounting, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner with Operations and Finance teams to understand business processes, workflows, data flows, and control requirements
2. Elicit, document, and manage business, functional, and technical requirements for new initiatives and ongoing enhancements
3. Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, data mappings, and functional specifications
4. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, including engineering, data, QA, and external vendors
5. Support system implementations, platform enhancements, and integrations across core asset management functions
6. Participate in solution design discussions and assist with testing, validation, and implementation activities
7. Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies, and support issue resolution throughout the delivery lifecycle
8. Ensure solutions align with operational, financial, and governance standards

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, asset management, banking, or related environments
2. Solid understanding of investment operations, fund accounting, or financial reporting processes
3. Proven experience working with technology teams on system implementations or platform enhancements
4. Strong skills in requirements documentation, process modeling, and data analysis
5. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
6. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
