Main Description
Primarily, you will work closely with Securitization Middle Office and Business, as well as other Capital Markets CMO Stakeholders in NY and in Paris to analyze the local setup and help define the target operating model as part of a Global Initiative which aims at strengthening and aligning all setup while taking into consideration the local specificities.
You will be a key contributor to the transformation project; defining the target, describing the current and target process as well as the intermediary steps and supporting the local implementation.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Reporting to the head of CMM NY and working with the actors involved in the project (production team, IT teams, Front office.) you'll be in charge with:
Salary Range: $140k - $165k

Tasks and Responsibilities
Reporting to the head of CMM NY and working with the actors involved in the project (production team, IT teams, Front office.) you'll be in charge with:
- The review of the current setup and create/update the documentation whenever requested to facilitate the business requirements
- Being a stakeholder to global workshop and meetings
- Leading local operational workshop
- Reporting to local & global management and get the necessary approval/validation when needed
- Participating in related OpCo and other committee
- Supporting the local operations in the change management
- Supporting projects and transversal initiatives related to the Transformation program and producing the associated documentation (new process description)
- Write business requirements and prioritize MO needs
- Work on testing new releases on business line systems
- Work with the team to develop and implement new initiative as developing and enhancing new and current systems
- Develop and deploy new metrics to improve current product line reports
- Develop tactical tools to streamline the current process and enhance efficiencies to allow greater automation and productivity
- Review, comment and write specs documents to accompany the product line IT initiatives
Salary Range: $140k - $165k
