Essential Functions

Facilitates Universal Banker Onboarding training each month
Accurately processes banking transactions,
Retains and deepens relationships by identifying needs and offering custom financial solutions,
Provides account servicing and maintenance,
Assists with problem resolution for customers,
Educates customers on digital bank solutions that will make their lives safer, easier and better,
Refers customers to internal business partners (i.e. cash management, mortgage, and wealth management), and
Keeps informed of, and strictly adhere to all bank procedures and industry regulations.

Must Haves

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 3+ years of (related) in-person customer service and cash handling experience.
Minimum of 2+ years of retail banking experience
Must be comfortable facilitating/presenting to and working with a mixed audiences up to and including management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate MS Office skills

Nice to Have

Knowledge of bank products and services
Minimum of 1+ year of training experience
