Real Estate Acquisitions Associate / Senior Analyst
Location: Philadelphia, PA
A growing real estate investment and operating platform is seeking an Acquisitions Associate / Senior Analyst to join its Philadelphia office. This individual will support the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of new investment opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Underwrite and evaluate potential acquisitions
- Build financial models and investment analyses
- Assist with sourcing and executing transactions
- Prepare investment memos and presentations
- Conduct market research and due diligence
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in acquisitions, investments, capital markets, or real estate analysis
- Strong underwriting and financial modeling skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities
Preferred Background
- Experience with industrial, land, or commercial real estate investments
- Background with an owner/operator, developer, investment firm, or brokerage platform
- Philadelphia market knowledge or local ties preferred
