Our client, a leading provider of technology-enabled payroll, payment, tax, and benefits administration services, is seeking a Senior Analyst - FP&A / Strategic Finance to join its growing finance team. Key Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning and reporting initiatives
- Prepare analyses and presentations for executive leadership
- Assist with strategic projects, business cases, and growth initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency
- Support ad hoc reporting and financial analysis as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of FP&A or related strategic finance experience
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience within PE-backed, high-growth, or entrepreneurial organizations preferred
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred
