Main Accountabilities:

Assist the team in providing legal-related work to Vietnamese and multinational clients across a range of industries:
Supporting Legal Consultants in preparing documentation related to advising foreign investors in business investments in Vietnam, and project adjustment procedures in Vietnam.
Executing projects on legal review, business consulting, and labor license registration.
Assisting in liaising and working with authorities to submit documents and receive results from the competent Authorities.
Updating legal documents and responding promptly to our clients' inquiries related to investment in Vietnam.
Performed other legal and administrative duties as assigned

Requirement:

Knowledge

Solid knowledge of Business Law

Generic Skills & Competencies

Demonstrate strong social/ verbal/ written communication, interpersonal skills, and collaboration skills with clients.
Good analytical skills, careful, meticulous
Ability for creative thinking, detailed orientation
Self-motivated, proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Well-organized to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple tasks.
Show ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Law major
At least 1 year of related work experience required.
Work experience and/or participation in extracurricular activities will be highly valued

Others Requirement

Good at using English language (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) in social and business communication (Additional knowledge of other languages is preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office 365 applications
Willing to go the extra mile for work
