Responsibilities would include:
- Support the execution of investor relations activities to strengthen the firm’s position in capital markets and support long-term shareholder value creation
- Support senior leadership by providing insights on investor sentiment, market expectations, and capital markets developments
- Support the development and continuous refinement of the firm’s equity story and investment proposition
- Assist in the preparation of investor presentations, earnings materials, annual reports, and strategic updates
- Monitor industry trends, commodity markets, and peer performance
- Support analysis on valuation, market expectations, and capital allocation considerations
- Assist in managing relationships with institutional investors, analysts, lenders, and rating agencies
- Support the coordination of investor roadshows, conference calls, site visits, and participation in investor conferences
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on financing activities, strategic transactions, and initiatives to enhance shareholder value
Profile of ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2-5 years of relevant experience (Ana/Assoc level) in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or related fields
- Good understanding of capital markets, valuation methodologies, and disclosure requirements
- trong communication and stakeholder management skills in English and Vietnamese, with Vietnamese required to engage effectively with local investors, analysts and stakeholders
