Business Reporting Manager

Responsibilities

Collect, analyse, and interpret data relevant to the firm's operations, projects, and performance metrics.
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc management reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Develop professional presentations, dashboards, and visual materials tailored to executive audiences.
Collaborate with different departments to obtain required data and insights.
Ensure messaging in reports/presentations aligns with the firm's strategic priorities and goals.
Maintain templates, standards, and best practices for reporting and presentation materials.
Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on data analysis.
Support management in preparing materials for senior management meetings and strategic planning sessions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business reporting
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
Analytical mindset combined with creativity for storytelling through visuals.
Experience in management reporting, business analysis, or corporate communications.
Excellent command of English and Mandarin, Cantonese will be a plus

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant field (e.g. Business, Finance, Management)
Minimum 5 years of work experience in project management or relate costs, with track record of delivering complex projects with multiple phases and workstreams
Ability to tailor communication to suit different audiences (e.g. technical teams, business team, executive)
Ability to produce high quality project artifacts to assist communications and decision making throughout the project
Strong sense of personal responsibility, ownership and self-motivation
PMO or other project related qualifications would be an asset
Mandarin Chinese written and verbal communication skills will be an advantage
