What You'll Do:

Build tools that help traders orchestrate strategies across a broad product range.
Develop infrastructure that makes large datasets fast and intuitive to explore.
Create solutions for trade analysis, risk modelling, and opportunity discovery.
Work closely with traders and researchers to understand real-world problems.
Experiment with new ideas, rapidly validate solutions, and scale successful concepts.
Choose the right technology for each challenge, using Python, Java, React, SQL, or other appropriate tools.
Iterate quickly based on direct stakeholder feedback and changing requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

Translating ambiguous business challenges into practical technical solutions.
Designing and developing trading and research tooling at scale.
Building data-driven systems that enable rapid analysis and exploration.
Supporting strategy orchestration and trading workflow optimization.
Developing analytical capabilities around risk, trades, and market opportunities.
Collaborating closely with traders, researchers, and stakeholders across the business.
Evaluating prototypes and determining whether to scale, refine, or replace them.
Continuously improving tools through short development cycles and rapid feedback.
Moving comfortably between different technologies depending on the problem at hand.
