The Company

Robert Half is proud to partner with a leading Western Australian based automotive services organisation to recruit a permanent Accounts Administrator.

As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their collaborative finance team. This role is ideal for someone who understands that accounts payable is about much more than processing invoices.

The Role

You'll play a key role in supporting the flow of goods and services by ensuring purchase orders, delivery documents, and supplier invoices are accurately reconciled.

We're looking a junior candidate with previous accounts payable or operational administration experience, with a solid grasp of three-way matching. reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.

Strong communication skills are a must. You'll liaise confidently with both internal departments and external suppliers, bringing a resilient can-do attitude to a fast-paced environment.
