Our client in the NFP sector requires a Temporary People & Culture Coordinator for an initial 4-week contract, with the potential to extend.
The Role
Within this role you will be responsible for:
- Providing general administration support to the People & Culture team.
- Managing and responding to general enquiries in a shared P&C inbox.
- Assisting with reducing the backlog of enquiries.
- Coordinating meetings & interviews.
- Managing the P&C calendar for team activities
- Supporting with on boarding, off boarding and employee life cycle administration.
- Preparing employee documentation and maintaining HR records.
- Assisting with ad hoc administrative support across P&C projects and day-to-day operational priorities.
Your Profile
- You have previous experience in a HR, People & Culture or HR Administration role
- You are highly organised with strong attention to detail and can manage multiple priorities
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy supporting a wide range of stakeholders
- You are proactive, adaptable and happy to assist across a variety of P&C activities
- You are confident using Microsoft Office and can quickly learn new HR systems
- Experience supporting on boarding, compliance or general HR administration is highly regarded
