Your new role
Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Representative to join a busy WA-based team. Working closely with internal stakeholders and customers across Australia, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service while ensuring orders and enquiries are managed efficiently.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in customer service, administration or sales support
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will be highly regarded but is not essential
