What You'll Do:
Design, develop, and deploy FPGA-based solutions that process market data and execute trades at ultra-low latency. Work closely with traders and software engineers to transform trading strategies into highly optimized real-time hardware.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Architect FPGA solutions for market data parsing and trade execution.
- Optimize performance from transceiver configuration through logic-level implementation.
- Develop simulation, testing, benchmarking, and profiling frameworks.
- Monitor production systems and identify opportunities for latency reduction.
- Evaluate emerging FPGA and hardware technologies to enhance performance.

About You:
- 5+ years of relevant financial markets or FPGA experience.
- Strong FPGA/ASIC expertise using VHDL, Verilog, or SystemVerilog.
- Solid programming ability in C++, C, or Python.
- Strong understanding of digital design and hardware architecture.
- Experience with Vivado, Quartus, Synplify, or comparable toolchains.
- Knowledge of Ethernet, TCP, UDP, and exchange protocols.
- Proven ability to optimize production systems for latency and throughput.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
