Mission

Design, deploy, and optimize conversational AI and LLM solutions ensuring quality, security, user experience, and integration into the IT ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Design and implement chatbots and conversational AI solutions.
Develop and integrate LLM, RAG architectures, and AI APIs.
Participate in conversational UX design and continuous improvement of user journeys.
Ensure security, governance, and compliance (GDPR, responsible AI).
Implement DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and operations practices.
Produce documentation, recommendations, and reporting.
Collaborate with business, architecture, infrastructure, and support teams.

Profile

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Fluent in French or Dutch and English.
Experience in Chatbot, AI, UX projects, and LLM technologies.
Knowledge of Python, LangChain, REST APIs, Java/Spring Boot, and Git.
Experience in cloud architectures, microservices, CI/CD, Docker, and OpenShift.
Understanding of NLP concepts, Prompt Engineering, RAG, vector search, and AI governance.
Mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies and good communication and writing skills.
