A leading global securities firm is expanding its regional infrastructure team and is looking for experienced Infrastructure professionals at AVP/VP level. We are hiring for two specialist functions:

Network Security
Storage & Compute Infrastructure

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing technology organisation supporting mission-critical trading and financial systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise infrastructure platforms across regional environments.
Drive infrastructure modernisation, security enhancement, and operational excellence initiatives.
Manage complex technical projects and collaborate with global technology teams.
Ensure infrastructure availability, resiliency, performance, and security.
Engage with vendors and stakeholders to deliver strategic technology initiatives.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.

Network Security Focus

Design and manage enterprise network and security infrastructure.
Support firewalls, IPS/IDS, VPN, DDoS protection, and network segmentation initiatives.
Lead network security reviews, optimisation, and risk mitigation activities.

Storage & Compute Focus

Manage large-scale server, virtualisation, storage, and backup platforms.
Drive capacity planning, performance optimisation, and infrastructure automation.
Lead technology refresh and data centre/cloud transformation initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
6-15+ years of relevant infrastructure experience within financial institutions, banking, securities, or other mission-critical environments preferred.
Strong expertise in either:
- Enterprise Network & Security Technologies; or
- Compute, Virtualisation, Storage & Backup Infrastructure.
Experience supporting high-availability, large-scale production environments.
Proven project delivery and stakeholder management experience.
Candidates with leadership experience may be considered for VP level.
