Key Responsibilities

Lead the administration, support, and life cycle management of enterprise Linux and Windows platforms in a highly available production environment.
Drive platform stability, security, patch management, and vulnerability remediation in accordance with technology and regulatory standards.
Champion automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Partner with application, network, cloud, and cybersecurity teams to deliver infrastructure projects and technology upgrades.
Provide technical leadership for incident, problem, and change management, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
6+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or platform support, with strong expertise in Linux and/or Windows Server environments.
Hands-on experience with enterprise technologies such as VMware, Active Directory, scripting/automation tools, and cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).
Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
Experience within banking, financial services, or other regulated environments is highly preferred.
