Job description
Main Duties & Responsibilities
New business and partnerships:
• Identify opportunities and lead all aspects of deal execution, including strategic & financial assessment, solution development and negotiation
• Analyse and understand partners' and customers' business objectives, requirements and technical contexts, in order to design tailored solutions
• Develop new sales channels and platform partnerships through the early and timely identification of new business trends
• Develop strategy and lead its execution to target specific market segments and product partnerships, including but not limited to, referral channels, payment providers, payment agents, and financial institutions in Hong Kong and globally
Relationship and portfolio management:
• Build strong relationships with key solution and referral partners to drive sales
• Develop and conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and customer training to internal customers and partners
• Design and manage the onboarding and operational support model for partners in order to drive efficiencies and improve sales conversion rates, in coordination with relevant internal and external parties
• Regularly monitor sales and review profitability of partners and their merchant portfolios to maximize business and identify and convert cross-sell/upsell opportunities, improve conversion and margins as necessary
• Collaborate with partners, clients and internal marketing team to develop and implement marketing programs to drive sales volume

• Understand the competitive landscape in Hong Kong and in other markets, discover market insights and identify customer pain points
• Design product solutions to enhance and advance the positioning of online merchant acquiring in Hong Kong and globally, in collaboration with Business Development, Project, IT and Operational Support teams throughout the lifecycle - from proposal to delivery / implementation and ongoing management of the solutions and relationships
