Role Summary
A critical role within the eTrading Market Access team supporting electronic trading platforms for Equities & Derivatives trading across APAC markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support trading applications for Equities & Derivatives across Windows/Linux platforms
- Troubleshoot and diagnose production environment issues
- Manage daily production problems and user requests
- Conduct system QA testing and application deployments
- Monitor system performance and ensure operational efficiency
- Follow ITIL Application Support methodology
Required Qualifications
- University degree in IT
- 1-2 years trading support experience
- Strong technical skills in Linux/Unix, Python, shell scripting
- Knowledge of network protocols (TCP, UDP, FIX)
- Proficiency in Excel/VBA
- Fluent English communication
