Our client is proactively looking for an experienced individual who wants to develop his/her career in retail banking as Branch Manager, Retail Banking. Our client is one of the largest Chinese bank in Hong Kong with a large client base and competitive banking policy. You will be responsible to manage daily branch operation, leading a team to identify customers’ needs, provide retail banking products and achieve the sales target. They are looking for some new forces to join their Branch, it would be a great opportunity to lead a sizable team and with a wider leadership exposure.
Location: HKI East/ New Territories
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operation and provide back-up support in branch office
- Lead, monitor and manage the standard of service of branch to ensure achievement of business goal and target
- Deliver a branch business plan to minimize risk and maximize the sales and customer experience
- Actively identify and explore the business opportunities with resources
