We are partnering with a leading global asset management firm to appoint a Client Services Vice President in Hong Kong. This is a senior role supporting institutional clients across Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, managing inquiries on products, markets, fund operations, legal agreements, and compliance.
- Partner closely with the Sales team to oversee the full client relationship lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing servicing.
- Lead the preparation of client materials including product decks, RFPs, DDQs, and regular reporting.
- Drive process improvements by coordinating with internal teams and external partners (custodians, transfer agents) to enhance efficiency and risk management.
- Ensure a high standard of client experience and strengthen long-term institutional relationships.
Requirements
- 4–10 years of client services or relationship management experience within asset management or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of institutional mandates and pooled funds .
- Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin or Cantonese a plus.
- Proven ability to work across multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
