Our client is a fast-growing, digital financing platform in Hong Kong . Reporting directly to the CFO in a lean finance team, thisFinance Manager will oversee end-to-end financial reporting, statutory audits, tax, and regulatory compliance, while partnering closely with executive leadership to support business growth.
Job Duties:
- Drive end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual closes under HKFRS/IFRS
- Lead external statutory audits, oversee internal control procedures, and maintain robust financial risk management
- Support company license renewals, review AML policies/procedures, and manage corporate tax filings with external representatives
- Assist the CFO with operational enhancements, financial modeling, and ad-hoc business analysis
- Collaborate across departments and deliver clear financial presentations to senior leadership and external advisors
Job Requirements:
- 4–6 years of relevant experience with a Big 4 audit background (Financial Services ideally); straight big 4 candidates in this area are welcome to apply too
- Strong command of HKFRS/IFRS
- Highly presentable, agile, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of broad duties in a lean team
- Professional fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
