We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our client's regional team for their Customer Facing Application project. This project is a single customer-facing platform to serve HK market with key functionalities including Claims, Policy Servicing, and other customer self-service features.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements gathering, refinement workshops, and walkthrough sessions with local stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and obtain timely sign-off.
- Act as the primary bridge between the local Hong Kong business and technical teams and offshore delivery teams.
- Prepare and review technical documents, Functional Design Specifications (FDS), and other BA deliverable.
- Work closely with development teams (offshore in Singapore, Vietnam, and Guangzhou) on a day-to-day basis to clarify requirements, support development, and resolve issues.
- Facilitate SIT and UAT processes - manage defect clarification, coordinate with stakeholders, and secure UAT sign-off (no hands-on testing required).
- Ensure smooth collaboration across local and offshore teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of solid Business Analysis experience.
- Strong domain knowledge in Insurance (especially Claims and Policy Servicing) and experienced in Customer Facing Application
- Fluent in Cantonese and English (both spoken and written) - mandatory for effective communication with local HK teams.
- Proven ability to work with distributed / offshore teams (Singapore, Vietnam, China experience is advantageous).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
