Responsibilities

• Lead all finance functions, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, payroll, and financial controls.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, liquidity, capital planning, and FX activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, audit, and governance requirements.
• Drive finance transformation, process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements.
• Oversee external advisers, auditors, and key financial service providers.
• Partner with senior leadership on commercial strategy and long-term business objectives.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (CPA, ACCA, ACA, CA or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
• 8+ years' finance leadership experience, ideally within asset management, financial services, or professional services.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, planning, treasury, taxation, and controls.
• Experience managing multi-jurisdiction operations and banking relationships.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Native-level English proficiency.
