Finance Manager

Role Overview

The Finance Manager is responsible for month-end closing, daily financial accounting, and bookkeeping for related legal entities. The role involves reviewing daily and monthly FRR reporting of SFC-licensed corporations, preparing reconciliation reports and financial statements, and assisting with year-end tax filings and audits. The position includes coaching junior team members and engaging in ad-hoc projects to support ongoing compliance and reporting requirements.

Key Skills & Experience

• Lead month-end closing, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes


• Review daily and monthly FRR reporting of SFC licensed corporations


• Prepare financial statements and assist with year-end tax filing


• Oversee client money segregation and desegregation procedures


• Conduct reviews of work performed by junior team members


• Manage audit and regulatory assignments

Requirements

• Holder of Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting or Finance


• Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in accounting or financial reporting


• Member of HKICPA or equivalent professional qualifications


• Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience is an advantage


• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment


• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines


• Strong sense of ownership, good interpersonal skills


• Proficiency in English
