The Company
Our client is an established financial institution with a strong market presence and a reputation for operational excellence. The organization operates within a highly regulated and fast-moving environment, where collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and service quality are critical to success.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of operations, relationship management, and business enablement. While the role will involve exposure to core post-trade workflows and day-to-day operational processes, the team is specifically looking for an individual who can build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and service providers, while supporting continuous improvement across the function.
The Role
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship management: Build and maintain strong connections with market participants, service providers, and other external counterparts to support smooth day-to-day operations and long-term partnership development.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams across operations, technology, product, legal, compliance, risk, and commercial functions to drive post-trade initiatives forward.
- Business transformation support: Contribute to changes in operating models, policies, and workflows to help modernize services and improve overall efficiency.
- Project support and delivery: Support strategic initiatives and operational projects from planning through implementation, ensuring business needs, market readiness, and execution details are well understood.
- Process improvement and controls: Continuously review existing workflows, identify opportunities to simplify and enhance operations, and prepare practical improvement plans with proper governance and controls.
- Service enhancement and documentation: Review and update templates, standards, and policy materials to support account handling, vendor coordination, and contract-related processes.
- Market communication and training: Handle market feedback, respond to participant enquiries, and support training efforts to improve understanding of services and new offerings.
- Industry awareness: Monitor market, regulatory, and industry developments across Hong Kong and international markets, and share relevant updates with internal and external stakeholders.
Your Profile

- A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to improve processes and work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities, with solid attention to detail.
- Confident, adaptable, and collaborative, with the ability to work independently and contribute as a team player.
