Job Description
As a Fund Admin Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day fund administration operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Reviewing and approving financial statements, reports, and fund valuations.
- Collaborating with internal and external auditors to address audit queries and ensure transparency.
- Managing fund accounting processes, including reconciliations and expense allocations.
- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders and investors.
- Implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Providing guidance and support to the accounting and finance team.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
A successful Fund Admin Manager should have:
- A degree or professional qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in fund administration within the financial services industry.
- 8 years of Fund Accounting Experience in PE
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
