Job Description
As a Fund Accounting and Admin Manager professional, your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the daily accounting operations of ETF funds and ensuring accuracy in fund valuations.
- Coordinating with internal and external teams for smooth fund management processes.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards in all fund accounting activities.
- Preparing financial reports and statements for ETF funds.
- Resolving discrepancies and addressing inquiries related to fund operations.
- Assisting in audits and implementing process improvements for efficiency.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to maintain high-quality service delivery.
- Providing insights and recommendations for optimizing fund performance.
A successful candidate should have:
- A strong background in accounting or finance, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Fund Accounting and Admin experience with ETF and mutual funds are highly preferred
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
