About Our Client

A leading Chinese investment firm.

Job Description

Managing daily fund operations, including trade settlements and reconciliations.
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Coordinating with custodians, fund administrators, and other counterparties.
Monitoring cash flow and maintaining accurate fund records.
Preparing operational reports and documentation for stakeholders.
Supporting the on-boarding process for new funds and clients.
Identifying and resolving operational issues promptly.
Assisting in system enhancements and process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

Educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Solid knowledge of fund operations and financial regulations.
Experience in trade settlement and reconciliation processes.
Proficiency in using financial systems and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
