Job Responsibilities :

1. Business Strategy & Performance Management

1.1 Align with corporate strategic goals to formulate annual sales plans, budget forecasts and performance targets for the Hong Kong team.

1.2 Decompose monthly/quarterly KPIs, monitor sales progress, and be fully accountable for the team’s overall revenue and profit delivery.

2. Team Leadership & Talent Development

2.1 Lead end-to-end team building, recruitment, onboarding and daily performance management.

2.2 Empower the team via client joint calls, deal reviews, regular business debriefs and professional training.

2.3 Build a high-performance, cohesive and client-centric institutional sales team.

3. Key Institutional Client Development

3.1 Formulate regional BD strategies for institutional clients and personally lead C-level engagement with top-tier prospects, including large corporates, global brokers, asset managers, and single/multi-family offices.

3.2 Establish a client tiered management framework and guide the team on refined client relationship management to expand existing wallet share.

4. Solution Innovation & Cross-business Collaboration

4.1 Identify institutional clients’ pain points in asset allocation, financing and investment.

4.2 Collaborate with internal investment research and product teams to deliver tailored solutions covering funds, fixed income securities, and cross-border structured products.

4.3 Enhance average deal size, client stickiness and long-term strategic partnership value.

Job Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree or above from a recognized university.

2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in Hong Kong financial markets, with at least 3 years of formal team management experience.

3. Proven existing network with Hong Kong & APAC institutional clients: large corporates, brokerage firms, asset management companies, family offices, etc.

4. Strong C-level BD and senior stakeholder negotiation capabilities.

5. In-depth knowledge of fixed income, funds, and structured financial products.

6. Strong strategic thinking, team leadership and data-driven management skills.

7. Highly result-oriented with proven track record of delivering challenging sales targets.

8. Fluent in Mandarin & English (business negotiation level); Cantonese speaking is a strong plus.
