Managing and overseeing the administration of trust accounts, ensuring adherence to regulations and company policies.
Developing and implementing operational procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Supervising and leading a team of trust administrators to deliver high-quality services.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ensuring timely and accurate reporting to clients and regulatory authorities.
Handling complex trust structures and providing expert advice on trust matters.
Monitoring changes in regulations and ensuring the trust administration team is updated and compliant.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.

The Successful Applicant

Strong expertise in trust administration within the Financial Services industry.
Proficiency in regulatory compliance and trust-related legal requirements.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A relevant degree in finance, law, or a related field.
Professional certifications in trust administration or related disciplines are advantageous.
