Job Description
- Conduct in-depth research, financial analysis, and due diligence on prospective investment opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive investment reports, presentations, and periodic updates for stakeholders.
- Support the execution of real estate transactions across various stages.
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate investment performance and feasibility.
- Track market trends, assess sector performance, and manage assets within the investment portfolio.
- Liaise with external professionals including legal advisors, agents, property managers, and tenants to ensure smooth operations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or Statistics from a top-tier university; Master's degree or CFA designation is preferred.
- Strong analytical capabilities, both quantitative and qualitative.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in investment or real estate sectors.
- Proficient in financial modeling and creating impactful PowerPoint presentations.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Putonghua; Japanese language skills are an advantage.
- Highly responsible with strong multitasking abilities.
- Solid understanding of real estate investment principles is a plus.
- Must possess valid work authorization for Hong Kong.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Mentor ship from Real Estate Investment of industry veteran
