Job Description

As an Real Estate Fund USD Investor Relations, your main responsibilities will include:

Managing relationships with investors and addressing their inquiries effectively.
Preparing and delivering comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely communication of fund performance.
Support Partners to develop and implement investor communication strategies.
Supporting fundraising efforts and identifying potential investment opportunities.
Ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining accurate investor records.
Contributing to the overall growth and success of the real estate fund division.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Real Estate Fund USD Investor Relations professional should have:

Strong knowledge of real estate fund USD fundraising, or previous experiences in fund placements/placement agency (real estate division).
