Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support and technical assistance to internal users across the organization
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, printer, and communication system issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and business applications
- Support Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Active Directory, virtual desktop, and related workplace technologies
- Administer daily operations of office automation and dealerboard systems
- Escalate complex technical issues to infrastructure teams or external vendors and track resolution progress
- Manage IT service requests, including software subscriptions, equipment procurement, and user onboarding support
- Maintain IT asset inventory, support documentation, and operational procedures
- Coordinate workstation, monitor, and printer relocations, as well as video conferencing setup and support
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, regulatory requirements, and mandatory training obligations
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, system operations, or network administration
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams
- Solid knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience supporting market data platforms such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv (Reuters), EBS, or similar financial systems is preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support users at all levels of the organization
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Willingness to participate in shift duty, on-call support, and weekend/public holiday coverage when required
