Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather and define business requirements for digital platform enhancements
- Drive end-to-end BA activities across customer-facing web/mobile applications and backend policy administration systems
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Participate in AI-driven initiatives, including use cases such as automation, personalization, and analytics-driven decision-making
- Conduct workflow analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities
- Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business objectives and quality standards
- Work closely with development teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver iterative digital solutions
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across regional and local teams
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within insurance or financial services
- Hands-on experience in digital projects (e.g., customer portals, mobile apps, online journeys)
- Strong understanding of frontend-backend integration and system flows
- Exposure to or interest in AI / data-driven / automation initiatives is highly preferred
- Familiar with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or API documentation tools
- Experience in Agile delivery methodology
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
