As a key member of the programme team, you will be responsible for driving governance, financial oversight, delivery reporting, and project coordination across multiple workstreams. You'll play a critical role in ensuring transparency, control, and successful execution of programme objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support programme governance frameworks, controls, and reporting standards.
- Consolidate status updates across multiple workstreams and projects.
- Track programme milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and actions.
- Prepare dashboards, steering committee packs, management reports, and executive presentations.
- Partner closely with Project Managers to monitor delivery progress and challenge project timelines where required.
- Ensure project documentation, RAID logs, and action trackers are maintained accurately.
- Support programme financial management, including budget tracking, forecasts, actuals, and spend analysis.
- Assist with vendor management activities, including Statements of Work (SOWs), purchase orders, and contract administration.
- Coordinate with PMO, Finance, Project Managers, and external vendors to ensure effective programme execution.
- Support stakeholder communications and governance forums across the programme.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in PMO, programme management, project governance, or transformation delivery.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation, integration, or change programmes.
- Background within Financial Services or large enterprise environments.
- Strong experience in governance, reporting, project tracking, and stakeholder management.
- Exposure to budget management, forecasting, financial tracking, and cost control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
Nice to Have
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, MSP, or other project/programme management certifications.
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide integration or transformation initiatives.
- Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
- Experience working in complex matrix organisations.
Language Requirements
- Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
