Ubiquant asset management is currently looking to hire a professional data analysis who supports the sales and marketing team with 2-3 years’ working experiences. The position will cover a wide range of supporting works for the sales team and the clients, including either institutional or distribution.

Key Responsibilities :

The role is an analysis professional within the sales and marketing team, focusing on Hong Kong and overseas institutional business. Reporting to the Head of Sales Support in Hong Kong, the candidate will provide day-to-day support to the sales team and represent the team in various projects.

1. Proactively participate and support execution of business development, by helping sales desk in providing fund perspective, performance update, competitor analysis and in responding the requests for proposals (RFPs).
2. Manage the development of materials for products, including sales brochures, sales ideas, and training.
3. Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure timely and accurate responses provided to clients.
4. Responsible for driving the sales support model enhancement, working closely with key stakeholders to make sure best-in-class client experience is delivered.
5. Represent the sales support team in various projects including CRM, compliance clearance, client communication, and other projects lead by technology team.

Requirements and skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above from a top-tier global university in finance, statistics, mathematics, or other relevant curriculums.
2. Proficiency in information collection, data analysis, reporting, particularly in outcome-driven analysis. Good business acumen. Understanding of global financial markets.
3. Relevant coding experience or proficiency in AI tools/agents is a plus - Understand harness of different models and hands-on experience in building out skills for business purposes including information and data processing, scenario analysis, insightful reporting generation etc. is a plus
4. Accuracy with meticulous attention to details, multiple-task capability in a fast-paced environment and ability to drive tasks to completion.
5. Highly self-motivated, being an outstanding team player who can collaborate well with other team members and external partners.
6. With excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is also required.
7. About three years of working experience in the finance industry, asset management, banking or consulting or big-four companies. Prior experience in consultancy is preferable.
