My client is seeking a seasoned leader to head their Securities Sales and Relationship Management team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Securities Sales & Relationship Management team, ensuring delivery of strategic objectives.
- Drive origination and execution of Securities transactions, providing innovative fiduciary solutions to clients.
- Build and strengthen relationships with financial institutions, leveraging networks to expand business opportunities.
- Identify new revenue streams and cross-selling opportunities across product lines.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in securities, fiduciary services, or financial institution sales.
- Strong expertise in Securities & Fiduciary Services with proven track record of structuring and executing transactions.
- Established network and relationships within the Financial Institution sector in Hong Kong and China.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with ability to manage and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of market trends, regulatory landscape, and competitive dynamics.
