You will join a high-performing regional finance team based in Hong Kong, working directly alongside four regional Country Managers. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and performance-driven, offering direct mentorship from experienced Assistant Financial Controllers and strong opportunities to contribute to key operational decisions.

about the job.

• Consolidate regional financial data using SAP, SAP Business Warehouse (BW), and advanced Excel models for the Export Far East Region.
• Prepare and submit accurate monthly financial statements and management reports via the corporate GPM reporting tool.
• Conduct detailed product profitability analyses and monitor pricing structures to support regional business planning.
• Maintain and update SAP master data daily, including inter-company (ICY) prices, CIF prices, customer price-keys, and global price lists.
• Assist the Assistant Financial Controller with yearly Latest Estimates (LE), annual budgeting, and quarterly Rolling Regional Forecasts (RRF).
• Support quarterly treasury hedging reviews by preparing financial extracts from SAP.
• Create executive presentation decks for senior management reviews and lead ad-hoc commercial finance projects.

skills & experience required.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis or commercial controlling; prior audit background is an advantage.
• Previous experience within the FMCG, retail, trading, or manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
• Technical proficiency in SAP, SAP BW, BI Hana, Power BI, and advanced MS Excel.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; fluency in Cantonese is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and proven ability to deliver accurate analysis under tight deadlines.
