Job Description
- Leading the development and implementation of AI and machine learning models to optimize customer relationship management (CRM) strategies.
- Analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights for business growth and customer engagement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges using data-driven solutions.
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity through effective data governance practices.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of implemented analytics models to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and analytics within the financial services industry.
- Mentoring and guiding team members to enhance their analytical capabilities.
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in data analytics, AI/ML and Cloud environment
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience in implementing AI and machine learning models in a business environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to present insights effectively to stakeholders.
- A degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the financial services industry is an advantage.
