About Our Client

Our client, a leading bank, is seeking an experienced Analytics & AI professional to drive high-impact initiatives across critical risk and operational functions, including Fraud, Collections, Underwriting, and KYC Operations.

Job Description

Transform complex business challenges into actionable, data-driven solutions that improve operational effectiveness and customer outcomes.
Analyze large and diverse datasets to uncover insights, identify trends, and generate strategic recommendations across risk and operations functions.
Develop and deploy advanced analytical models using machine learning, predictive analytics, and AI techniques to solve real-world business problems.
Identify emerging risks, opportunities, and operational priorities, translating them into scalable analytics use cases with measurable business value.
Lead analytics projects end-to-end, from problem definition and solution design through validation, implementation, monitoring, and impact assessment.
Partner closely with business, operations, risk, and technology teams to drive adoption of analytical solutions and establish robust performance measurement frameworks.
Deliver high-quality insights and solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while balancing innovation with execution.
Contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing expertise, mentoring colleagues, and promoting analytical best practices.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or a related quantitative discipline.
Minimum 6 years of experience in analytics within retail banking, financial services, or a related industry.
Demonstrated experience developing analytical models and applying AI/ML methodologies to solve business challenges.
Strong expertise in extracting insights from large and complex datasets to drive business decisions.
Hands-on proficiency with:
Python
SQL / BigQuery
Data visualization tools such as Tableau or Qlik Sense
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
