Job Description

Support project rollout, including testing and implementation phases
Coordinate with business users, operations, and IT for smooth delivery
Perform ad-hoc data analysis and develop regular reporting dashboards
Build and maintain datamarts to enhance business insights
Handle ongoing analytics requests from stakeholders
Ensure clear communication and alignment across project teams

The Successful Applicant

Degree holder with 5+ years in business analysis or project delivery
Experience within financial services or data-driven environments preferred
Strong hands-on skills in Python, SQL, or Excel VBA
Knowledge in data analysis, database management, or system development is advantageous
Proactive, creative, and driven to tackle new challenges
Solid communication, analytical, and project management abilities
Fluent in both English and Chinese
Strong ownership mindset with a focus on service quality
