Senior Manager, Credit Analytics
About the Company

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced credit risk professional to drive portfolio strategy, business analytics, and lending performance initiatives within a fast-paced and data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio analytics and performance monitoring across lending portfolios to identify emerging risks and growth opportunities.
• Develop portfolio strategies that support sustainable business growth while maintaining sound risk management practices.
• Conduct portfolio reviews, business diagnostics, and customer behavior analysis to drive data-backed recommendations.
• Perform forecasting, segmentation, and scenario analysis to support strategic planning and decision making.
• Partner closely with business, product, marketing, operations, finance, collections, and technology teams to optimize portfolio performance.
• Evaluate lending initiatives and provide analytical support for new business opportunities.
• Prepare management reports, portfolio insights, and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous enhancement of analytics capabilities and decision-making frameworks.
• Participate in business transformation, portfolio optimization, and risk management projects.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Extensive experience in credit risk management, portfolio analytics, lending strategy, or consumer finance.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience gained from money lenders, consumer finance companies, digital lenders, fintechs, virtual banks, or unsecured lending businesses.
• Proven track record in portfolio management, credit strategy, risk analytics, or lending decision science.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and analytical tools such as Python, SAS, or R.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate analytics into actionable business strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing, and highly collaborative environment.
