Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing across iOS and Android mobile applications
- Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios
- Identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle
- Work closely with Business Analysts and other cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Support functional testing and overall quality assurance activities
- Communicate testing progress, issues, and findings clearly with relevant stakeholders
- 3-5 years of experience in Manual QA / Software Testing
- At least 3 years of hands-on mobile testing experience across iOS and Android
- Excellent test case writing skills
- Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and defect management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player with a positive, proactive attitude
- Comfortable working closely with BA and other technology teams
- Must be able to work onsite
- Fluent/proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
